Café Frío de Piña
Our “Café Frío de Piña” cocktail recipe combines sweet pineapple and bitter coffee to create an aromatic, refreshing cocktail.
- 1.5oz Steel Blu Vodka
- 1oz Pineapple juice
- .5oz Cold Brew Coffee
- Top with Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic Water
- Tajin Spice
Add vodka, coffee and pineapple juice to a shaker tin with ice. Shake for 10 seconds. Strain over new ice in highball glass. Top with aromatic tonic. Add straw, garnish with pineapple leaf and sprinkle Tajin over the top of the cocktail.
