- 1oz Steel Blu
- .75oz Berentzen ApfelKorn Schnaps
- .25oz St Elizabeth Allspice Dram
- .5oz Lime
- Top Q Mixers Ginger Beer
Add all ingredients minus Ginger beer in a shaker tin with ice. Shake for 8 seconds. Strain over new ice in a copper mug. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with apple slices and mint sprig.
